In the end, it is up to you after you have researched and asked advice what will be more beneficial to you.
The use or control of the UVB and UVA:
One difference to consider is that you can be able to control the amount
of UV light you want on your skin when indoors. Because outdoor tanning
relies on the sun to for its ultra violet rays, there is a risk that you
may be
overexposed too much. Sometimes all of a sudden the weather will become
hotter and you don’t have enough sun block, you’ll get roasted. Unless
your like the comic book character Storm, who can control the weather, there’s
no problem. The only thing reliable about outdoor tanning is sunburn.

How effective are each rays from outdoor and indoors tanning:
The rays that you get from both the sun and tanning machines are the same.
They provide both the UVA and UVB rays. When you use tanning beds the ratio
of both the UVA and UVB can be controlled. Unlike in the sun, the rays
fluctuate throughout the days and years. The tanning machines are also
designed to be like rays of the sun as well too. There will sometimes be
tanning professionals who will assist you. These are the guys who have
won multiple tanning contests. They will record the previous sessions and
the tanner’s skin type to prevent any skin damage that can be only
provided by outdoor tanning.
Winner: Indoor tanning

For some people, they will not have the time to go out in the beach to get
the tan they want, unless their not ashamed too do their tanning outside
the streets. Outdoor tanning will not also provide you the perfect bronzed
look you want to have. The weather channel also doesn’t tell you
that how strong the UV rays are today and how it can affect your skin.
Indoor tanning as stated above provide assistants to help you out. Indoor
tanning can even give you the look that you want for a shorter period of
time and can have a tan even at night. The best benefit of indoor tanning
is that you can have regular doses of ultraviolet rays that best suit you.

Health Wise:
UV rays are used to assist in the production of Vitamin D. Vitamin D is sometimes
used for people with osteoporosis or psoriasis. If you are not able to
get a regular dose of sunshine because it is hurricane season, indoor tanning
is best for you. You won’t also be flying with the hurricane.
